I hope this email finds you well and that you’re enjoying the summer…I for one need the new season to start – too much time spent in Beer gardens rather than the Gym.

With that in mind, our friends at Clifton RFC have been generous enough to give us the opportunity to play a pre-season charity match at Clifton on Saturday August 12th against a Bristol Combination XV – 5pm K.O.

We will have the pleasure of a Bristol v Bath pre-season friendly (!?) kicking off before us to warm up the crowd ready for the main PROPS Baa Baa’s event…followed by the customary raffle and a few social drinks with the usual stories of booming tackles and glorious sidesteps

I appreciate the notice is fairly short, but I’m hoping, given we’re still out of season, that you guys will be able to step up once again and do what we love doing most – smashing into each other for a good cause!

PROPS is having one of its most successful years ever, having just completed our 9th Bristol to Bordeaux (the best yet!), our student and staff numbers have grown to their highest levels and our reach into the community is forever expanding. None of this would be possible without the support we get from people like you! Let’s keep the momentum going!

So, if you fancy an afternoon out – bring the family up to Clifton for the Bristol v Bath game, then pull on your boots, get out there and help raise some money for a good cause in front of a bumper crowd…who I’m sure will be well oiled by this point.

Clifton RFC have once again gone over and above for us and have said that anyone representing PROPS on the day will be able to watch the Bristol v Bath game for free….they have also offered buckets and a raffle on the day with proceeds going to PROPs…Wyn/Neil and all the team at Clifton – a big thank you!
