?HEAD COACH- Lewis Mckissick
Lewis has a wealth of both playing experience and and coaching experience having represented Gloucestershire All Golds in their Championship 1 campaign before moving to the states and playing and coaching at various clubs!
Following his stint in the states Lewis has taken up a teaching role at Hartpury where he also coaches and hopes to further add to his coaching qualifications.
Our new Head Coach is excited to get started and is looking to build on what the club has already achieved in recent years while successfully bringing through our youth players into the clubs senior set up.

? Forwards Player Coach- James Allen
James' background lies more specifically in Rugby Union plying his trade in a number of leagues including National 2, National 3, the Welsh Championship and playing full time in The Ekstraliga in Europe before more recently playing his rugby at Old Patesians for the 2021/22 season.

James has coached at a plethora of local clubs and overseen both women's and men's teams in Europe so promises to be a great addition both in training and on the pitch!

James' coaching ethos at Old Cryptians echos that of Lewis' in that he is looking to continue to build on what the club has achieved in recent seasons! Specifically in the forwards, James is looking to further develop our set piece and playing structure to further improve our rugby.
