Being completely new to the club I really had no idea what to expect. Then our first session arrived and we had 40 players eagerly awaiting; so a great start!

We’ve had a massive focus on playing rugby, not being marathon runners or gym freaks. Basic skills like catch and pass have played a huge part in our sessions so far alongside more focus on team shape and backs/forwards unit sessions.

There seems to be a real buzz every time I come to the club? Whether it be for a training session or a minis & juniors fun day. So it’s great to see that energy throughout the club.

Our preseason games will be a great start to what should be a fantastic campaign. Personally I can’t wait to see the start of the season and see what the players and club are capable of.
