WE’RE OPEN!!!

After over 100 days being closed we can finally say we are opening our doors on Saturday the 4th of July!!

As exciting as this news is, we need to appreciate we have to follow Government guidelines so that we can continue to operate moving forward and keep our club members safe.

Also, this is the first weekend we will be open and restricted in many ways compared to our normal functions. Therefore, this weekend will be classed as a “Soft Opening”. Which means, the club will be open to FULLY PAID MEMBERS ONLY, their partner and children are welcome if accompanied by the member. We are sorry but for the opening weekend no guests or additional plus ones are permitted.

All standard COVID-19 precautions will be in place.

*Opening weekend times:*
Saturday 12pm-9pm
Sunday 2pm-8pm

*OCRFC Specific Guidelines:*

1. ENTRY and EXIT to the club will be through the MAIN ENTRANCE, please wait to be seated. This applies to everyone and helps us monitor exactly who is in/on the premises in the event we need to “track and trace”.

2. EVERYONE will need to sign in upon arrival with contact details.

3. Payment will be CARD ONLY!

4. We have a capacity for 20 people indoors who MUST be seated (5 tables x 4 persons per table to adhere to social distancing measures), with a further 55 outdoor seats (max 6 per table).

5. Please take notice of all signage in the clubhouse regarding Government guidelines.

6. Once max capacity of 75 persons is reached, we will operate a strict one out/one in policy.

7. Only 2 persons in the toilets at any one time.

8. Furniture MUST NOT BE MOVED.

9. You cannot reserve tables and entry will be on a first come first served basis.

10. Children must remain seated with their parent(s) at all times when inside the club and/or beer garden.

11. EVERYONE is expected to respect other’s personal space.

12. If these guidelines are NOT followed the club will adopt the governments approach and apply the handbrake and reconsider being open.

We are on a very steep learning curve so guidelines may change at a moments notice and we appreciate all of the help and support to keep each other safe whilst enjoying the club we all love.
