Tom has been involved with volunteering in our wonderful sport since 2016, starting out as a Junior Manager at Minchinhampton RFC, before starting his coaching career the following season, he caught the coaching bug and has been involved ever since.

He has been active in the GRFU, having held Safeguarding and management roles for both Club and County, before working with the GRFU U17s and more recently GFRU Women.

Tom was instrumental in the set up of girls and women's sections at Minchinhampton before moving to Bristol North Women in a coaching capacity.

He is also a referee for Walking Rugby for the Gloucester Rugby Foundation since 2018.
